I'm Deidre. I weave, dye, spin, and photograph.
Paper Street started with a $300 four-shaft loom and a need to babywear my daughter. Ten years and many meters of fabric later, I get to make heirloom-quality custom weaves for people I now call friends.
I'm an over-communicator. The collaborative side of custom work is my favourite part — going through every option, every color choice, every fibre, until we land on something we both love.
